Pixel Pro Media Refund Policy
Introduction: At Pixel Pro Media, we are dedicated to providing our clients with top-notch training services. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and accommodating of your scheduling needs, while allowing us to maintain the integrity and quality of our offerings.
Refund Eligibility:
- Full Refund: Cancellations before the first day of training qualify for a 100% refund.
- Partial Refund (75%): Cancellations after the first day of training but before the second class are eligible for a 75% refund.
- Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations from the second and before the forth class are eligible for a 50% refund.
- No Refund: There will be no refunds after the commencement of the fourth class.
Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued via online bank transfer.
Processing Time: Please allow 2-3 working days for the processing of refunds.
Notice of Cancellation: Cancellations must be communicated via email to info@pixelbz.com.

Exclusions:
- Scholarship funds are not eligible for cash refunds under any circumstances.
Dispute Resolution:
- In the unlikely event of a dispute, both parties agree to engage in a good faith effort to resolve the matter internally. If an agreement cannot be reached, the parties will submit to mediation with an accredited mediator agreed upon by both parties. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, the matter may then be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Belize.
Governing Law:
- This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belize, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Policy Amendments:
- Pixel Pro Media reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notification to you.
