Quotation & Invoicing Process
- A personalized quote will be automatically generated based on the preferred service requested by the customer.
- Following the quote, an invoice will be automatically generated and sent to the customer’s registered email address, detailing the transaction and payment instructions.
Refund Eligibility
- Full Refund: Cancellations before the first day of training qualify for a 100% refund.
- Partial Refund (75%): Cancellations after the first day of training but before the second class are eligible for a 75% refund.
- Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations from the second class and before the fourth class are eligible for a 50% refund.
- No Refund: No refunds will be issued after the commencement of the fourth class.
Method of Refund
- For customers paying with debit or credit cards, refunds will be issued directly back to the original card used for the purchase.
- For customers who paid via online bank transfer, refunds will be sent back to the same bank account.
- Please note that refunds will only be processed for transactions made within 120 days of the original transaction date.
Recurring Payments & Subscriptions
There are no recurring payments or subscription refunds associated with our products or services.
Transaction Currency
All transactions on our website are processed in BZD. This currency is reflected on all order confirmations, invoices, and billing communications. A conversion button will be displayed, if you prefer paying in US Dollars.
Delivery of Products & Services
- Digital Deliverables: For SaaS, Web Services, Graphic Designs, and IT Services, delivery is conducted electronically. Upon successful payment, customers will receive access credentials, download links, or email confirmations as applicable.
- Training Services: Training courses are delivered via our online learning platform, where clients can access scheduled classes and materials.
Accepted Card Brands
Our website displays the logos of accepted card brands, including major cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and others as indicated. This helps ensure our customers are aware of the payment options available.

Exclusions
Scholarship funds are not eligible for cash refunds under any circumstances.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to make a good faith effort to resolve the matter internally. If an agreement cannot be reached, the matter will proceed to mediation with an accredited mediator mutually agreed upon by both parties. Should mediation fail to resolve the dispute, binding arbitration under the laws of Belize will be pursued.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belize, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Pixel Pro Media reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or via direct notification.
