Delivery of Products & Services
- Digital Products: Upon successful payment, digital products—including custom-designed software, web applications, graphic designs, and IT services—will be developed specifically to your requirements and delivered electronically. Customers will receive an invoice for the payment details, rather than a direct download link.
- Training Services: Training courses are provided through our online learning platform and via zoom. Once enrolled, customers will receive instructions on accessing course materials, schedules, and any required software.
- Automated Quotation & Invoicing: A personalized quote will be automatically generated based on the service requested. Following the quote, an invoice is automatically sent to the customer’s registered email address detailing the transaction and payment instructions.
- Secure Delivery: All digital deliveries are conducted using secure, encrypted channels to ensure the safety and privacy of our customers’ data.User Obligations

Refund Policy
Refunds for training courses are subject to our specific refund policy, which outlines:
- Full Refund: Cancellations before the first day of training receive a 100% refund.
- Partial Refund (75%): Cancellations after the first day but before the second class receive a 75% refund.
- Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations after the second and before the fourth class receive a 50% refund.
- No Refund: No refunds are available once the fourth class commences.
Refunds are issued as follows: - For payments made via debit or credit cards, refunds will be credited directly back to the original card.
- For payments made via online bank transfer, refunds will be returned to the same bank account.
Refunds will be processed only for transactions within 120 days of the original purchase. There are no recurring payments or subscription refunds associated with our services.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute or disagreement arising out of or related to these Terms, both parties agree to negotiate in good faith to reach a just and equitable resolution. If no resolution is reached within 60 days, disputes will be settled by arbitration administered in Belize in accordance with Belizean arbitration laws.
- The arbitration will be conducted by one mutually agreed-upon arbitrator; if the parties cannot agree on one within 30 days, an arbitrator will be appointed by a competent court in Belize.
- The arbitration language will be English, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.
This agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by the laws of Belize, with the courts of Belize having exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
Pixel Pro Media reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of changes via our website or other communication channels, giving you an opportunity to review the modifications before they become effective.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belize. You agree that the courts of Belize shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms.
