1. Introduction Welcome to Pixelbz.com. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Pixel Pro Media’s Website, located at Pixelbz.com.
2. Acceptance of Terms By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Pixelbz.com if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
3. User Accounts When you create an account on Pixelbz.com, you agree to provide accurate and complete information as prompted by our registration form. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Dispute Resolution In the event of any dispute, claim, question, or disagreement arising from or relating to this agreement or the breach thereof, the parties hereto shall use their best efforts to settle the dispute, claim, question, or disagreement. To this effect, they shall consult and negotiate with each other in good faith and, recognizing their mutual interests, attempt to reach a just and equitable solution satisfactory to both parties. If they do not reach such a solution within a period of 60 days, then, upon notice by either party to the other, disputes, claims, questions, or disagreements shall be settled by arbitration administered in Belize in accordance with the provisions of the relevant arbitration laws or regulations in Belize.
The arbitration shall be conducted by one arbitrator, mutually agreed upon by the parties, and if they cannot reach agreement on an arbitrator within 30 days, the arbitrator shall be appointed by a competent court within the jurisdiction of Belize. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
The award rendered by the arbitrator shall be final and shall not be subject to appeal or review. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
This agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belize. The courts of Belize shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this agreement or its subject matter or formation.
10. Changes to Terms Pixel Pro Media reserves the right to modify these terms at any time at our discretion. If we make changes to these terms, we will provide notice through our website or by other means to provide you the opportunity to review the changes before they become effective.
11. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Belize. Pixel Pro Media and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Belize shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
